Taking place on Sunday, 19th October, the 12th annual ANZ Hair Industry Awards (AHIA) celebrated the absolute best in the business, and bringing this title home to South Melbourne is a dream come true.
This year’s much-anticipated gala moved to Brisbane for the first time, taking over The Star for a high-voltage night of celebration complete with an electro-pop supergroup performing a Teddy Swims medley. But the real highlight for us was seeing our community's hard work recognized on such a massive stage.

From Three to Sixteen: Our Journey
When Founder & Colour Specialist Jade Crosland and Co-Founder & Director Henry Trier opened our doors on the iconic Coventry Street in December 2022, they started with a small, passionate team of three. Today, Privé has evolved into a thriving collective of sixteen professionals dedicated to sustainable, luxury hairdressing.
Jade brings 17 years of international experience to the floor—including invaluable training with Toni & Guy in London—while Henry works tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure every detail reflects our shared vision of excellence, sustainability, and connection.

This incredible milestone was assessed by an independent panel of over 30 esteemed national and international judges, including industry icons Tabatha Coffey and Sandy Chong. To stand out among a record-breaking 300+ entries is a testament to the six-star client experience we strive to provide every single day.
From curated pre-visit guidance and organic refreshments to holistic rituals like our Ayurvedic head massages and microscopic scalp analysis, we are constantly working to redefine modern beauty through innovation and environmental consciousness.
